You are free to cancel your Sisterhood subscription at any time.
In order to ensure you are not charged for the upcoming Sisterhood box, you must cancel before the next bill date.
Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following season’s box.
The reason for this is for inventory and fulfilment controls, as we want to ensure we do not create a surplus of inventory or unnecessary costs. We are sure you can understand.
All this means is please ensure you cancel your subscription up to 14 days BEFORE the next box is scheduled to be shipped (near the end of October, January, April, July.
To unsubscribe from your subscription, please log in to your Wild and Wise Sisterhood account and cancel using the “View My Subscription” page.
There are no cancellation fees. Cancelling your account does not provide you a refund for any previously paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle.
